Toyo University is located in the city of Tokyo which is filled with high rise buildings and a highly developed public transportation system. Tokyo is also home to a wide variety of both modern and traditional attractions with a rich and varied food culture.

Toyo offers several bachelor programs and other undergraduate level programs and courses. The university offers degrees in: Letters, Economics, Business, Administration, Law, Sociology, Regional Development Studies, Global and Regional Studies, and International Tourism Management. All of the previous degrees have a variety of courses in English and International students may also choose to take Japanese language courses throughout the semester.
