Program Description

Kwansei Gakuin University is an institution for higher education that offers Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Ph.D. degrees in over 35 disciplines. Kwansei Gakuin has approximately 23,500 students and is ranked among the highest of all Japanese universities. The university offers` a Japan and East Asia Studies Program for exchange students which allows international students to learn more about the history, culture, and politics of Japan and East Asia.

The University offers two tracks for students to pursue their studies the Japanese Language Track (JLT) and the Modern Japan Track (MJT). The JLT is designed for students who would like to focus on language studies and the MJT is designed for students who would like to focus their studies on Japan in English.
