Program Description

Through this Maymester, students will have a chance to learn more about the ancient origins of democracy and how the modern economic crisis in Greece is affecting its democratic process. Students will visit the beautiful cities of Athens and Rhodes and have the chance to tour historical sites and meet with Greek university professors and civic organizations.

Courses: ‘Political Economy in Practice: The Greek Crisis’ and ‘Classical Political Thought’ (6 Credits)
